Job Description:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Perform a broad range of administrative, analytical, and coordination tasks in support of a large, complex contract program, working closely with the Program Management Office (PMO) and CMS Cloud team
Serve as a SharePoint and Confluence site administrator, managing user access, permissions, and site organization to ensure accurate and secure collaboration across program teams
Support program reporting and compliance efforts by coordinating feedback, editing, and formatting annual CPAR reports and other cross-functional deliverables
Maintain and track contractual modifications by coordinating across teams and updating program artifacts, including Salesforce, SharePoint, and supporting light proposal and pricing activities as needed
Coordinate the collection, review, and submission of program deliverables to government customers on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including routing materials for leadership review and approval
Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including laptop requests, onboarding documentation, and customer-required background check processing for Public Trust applications
Assist in program planning activities by supporting the development and tracking of schedules, budgets, and task execution to ensure contractual and project requirements are met
Participate in defining and refining program requirements in collaboration with the PMO and Scrum teams
Support project planning, Agile scrum ceremonies, and task management through the creation and maintenance of Jira dashboards, ticket management, backlog refinement, and identification of process improvement opportunities
Interact with customers and internal stakeholders as needed, including drafting and distributing mass communications related to program or corporate events
Coordinate with the marketing team to support development of white papers and other program-related content
Capture, format, and distribute meeting minutes and action items to support effective communication and follow-through
Provide guidance to team members on administrative processes, including Concur expense report submissions
Track and report on annual training requirements to ensure team compliance with customer and corporate training mandates
Support business development activities as required, including data gathering and proposal support
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc) and other related software applications; Must be familiar with Jira; Experience with Scrum or Agile
Attributes for Success: Effective organization and communication skills and must be a self-starter
Preferred Skills: Confluence, SharePoint administration, experience with using GenAI prompts to expedite work and task, Certifications based on program management and/or technology beingsupported.Examplesmay include PMO related certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CSM, Six Sigma
Location: 100% remote working; Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm EST

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $81,257. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
