This summer internship is for Doyon Shareholders.

JOB SUMMARY:Under the supervision of theDirector of Human Resources, theHuman ResourcesIntern will gain valuable experiencemainly focusedon thefull lifecyclerecruiting,on-boarding,and benefits.This opportunity willalsohaveexposure to the talent life cycle,engagement,employeerelations, training, and policy development.The internship is a 10-week programprovidinghands onexperience working with experienced team members.Come learnmore about Human Resources in an innovative technology environment.

Responsibilities:

EXPERIENCES TO EXPECT:

Observe the fullrecruitment life cycle in afast pacedtechnology company

Learn skills on reviewingresumes and qualifying candidates

Work with a variety of different recruiting tools including applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, etc.

Learn tips and tricks for sourcing hard to fill positions

Learn about company benefits andperksand howthose areimportant factorsfor candidates

Assistnew hires through the on-boarding process

Learn ways companies measure employee engagement

Opportunities for excitinghands onprojects

SKILLSAND ABILITIESINTERN WILL OBTAIN:

A solid foundation forRecruitment and Human Resources

Knowledge of the full recruitmentlife-cycle

Skills that help attract talent to an organization

Key talent management initiatives

Qualifications:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Strong written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills and the ability tooperateefficiently throughout daily tasks
Pleasant and professional demeanor in all communications
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Able to work at an efficient,quick,and steady pace to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Deliver high quality results

QUALIFICATIONS:

Freshmanor higher college student in good standing

Must be a Doyon Shareholder

Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing a career or prior work experience within the following fields:Human Resources,Business or Psychology

3.0 overall GPA

Valid Driver's license, ready access to a registered vehicle and must be able to provide proof of state required insurance on registered vehicle

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Themajority of work for this role is performed in a home office and interacts with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities. Telecommuters are expected to have sufficient home office space that appears neat, organized, and professional when on video meetings.
