As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and deliver customer service that reflects Allied Universal values of being agile, reliable, and innovative. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific, security-related procedures, access requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting onsite leadership and/or emergency services as required.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, including production spaces, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter routes.

Monitor and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations; complete detailed written reports and maintain accurate logs for shift activity and incidents.

Support access control and traffic flow by verifying identification, checking deliveries, and assisting with visitor and contractor check-in and/or directions per site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Be 21+ years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
