Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Development Operations Intern to support the Corporate Global Business Development Office (CGBDO). This internship offers hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level business development activities across domestic and international markets.

The selected candidate will gain exposure to executive engagement preparation, strategic coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a global defense organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of briefing materials, read-ahead packages, and executive presentations.

Maintain engagement trackers, action item logs, and reporting tools.

Assist with data collection, analysis, and development of summary reports.

Contribute to special projects aligned with CGBDO strategic priorities.

Basic Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program from an accredited university and will be enrolled full time in 2027.

Degree focus in Business, International Affairs, Political Science, or related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.

Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during the summer of 2026.

Intern Pay Range:

Bachelor's: $15.25 - $33.50

Master's: $22.00 - $42.25
