Job Description

Regional-based position responsible for overall product management and delivery within a defined territory. Reports to a Product Group President and has a high level of expertise in Private Banking. Has responsibility for compliance, risk management and training as well as product P&L management for defined territory. Supports business development efforts and ensures local market planning is consistent with overall product line strategy. Assists Market Leader(s) with the management of field specialists staff (dotted-line management responsibility).

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience

12 or more years of banking experience

Seven or more years of management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills

Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $186,150.00 - $219,000.00
