Under the general supervision of the Director of Volunteer Services, supports the Mission and Vision of Saint John's Health Center. This is achieved in their daily responsibilities of providing clerical, administrative and volunteer support. Acts as a resource for volunteers, assists with volunteer clearances and supervision, responds to inquiries from the public and volunteer requests from staff, coordinates the Paula Kent Meehan Pawsitive Pet Program and No One Dies Alone program.

Required Qualifications:

One (1) year General office experience.

Previous experience working with dogs (i.e. handling, training and/or caring for dogs).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Associate's Degree

One (1) year Previous experience in a hospital setting.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
