Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lancaster, South Carolina. This is a contract position, offering an opportunity to contribute to essential administrative tasks in an environment that values attention to detail. The role involves supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth flow of communication and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries appropriately.

Prepare and maintain meeting minutes with accuracy and attention to detail.

Organize and handle administrative office tasks, ensuring all processes are efficient and well-documented.

Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other software tools to manage schedules, communications, and correspondence.

Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring information is recorded accurately and securely.

Support foot traffic within the office by guiding guests and addressing their needs.

Collaborate with county administration to handle time and billing responsibilities.

Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area, ensuring visitors are attended to promptly. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when preparing meeting minutes.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with receptionist duties and managing office foot traffic.
