Job Summary
The Business Analyst (BA) - Global Order Fulfillment (OF) plays a critical role in advancing operational excellence across the Quote-to-Cash and fulfillment lifecycle. This role partners closely with IT, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Order Management, and Contract Manufacturers to translate operational needs into system capabilities, drive cross-functional alignment, and support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on Cloud ERP experience (Oracle Cloud ERP strongly preferred), strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead requirements, testing, and process optimization in a dynamic environment. Experience coordinating small to medium projects or workstreams is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Represent Global Order Fulfillment as the primary functional stakeholder in all project meetings, clearly communicating requirements, risks, and business impacts.
Develop comprehensive business requirements documentation that captures process needs, system interactions, and functional specifications at the project level.
Act as the single point of contact for IT and Project Management, ensuring timely clarification, alignment, and decision-making.
Lead the development and execution of User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans, including test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and results validation.
Facilitate collaboration across Order Management, IT, Purchasing, Logistics, and other partner teams to support successful project delivery.
·Support leadership in clarifying ownership for Contract Manufacturer (CM)-related testing and configurations as responsibilities evolve.
Provide formal OF sign-off on project deliverables, readiness assessments, and go-live approvals.
Quote-to-Cash (QTC) & New Product Introduction (NPI) Testing
Represent OF in testing and validation activities for new product introductions, ensuring the complete QTC lifecycle functions seamlessly.
Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure that recipes and sourcing configurations are accurately reflected in Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) within the test environment.
Partner with Contract Manufacturers to verify model configuration accuracy based on OF-provided specifications.
Validate end-to-end test execution and provide final OF approval for NPI-related system changes.
Change Request Governance
Document clear, complete business requirements for change requests and enhancements, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
Support leadership in prioritizing change requests based on business value, operational impact, and strategic need.
Review feasibility and design options with IT BSAs and Architects to ensure alignment with system strategy and technical standards.
Collaborate with global SMEs to ensure process continuity and standardization across regions and operational sites.
Evaluate each request for ROI, complexity, customization needs, and downstream impacts to inform decision-making.
Root Cause Analysis & Issue Resolution
Lead detailed root cause analysis for ongoing defects or issues affecting the OF queue or downstream processes.
Coordinate cross-functional troubleshooting with IT, Order Management, Planning, Logistics, and other impacted teams.
Ensure corrective actions are tracked, implemented, and validated to prevent recurrence.
ServiceNow Quarterly Release Management
Lead OF's participation in quarterly ServiceNow upgrades, including planning, execution, and regression testing.
Ensure all OF workflows, automations, and case management processes are fully validated prior to release deployment.
Quarter-End Close Support (Quarterly)
Partner with stakeholders to conduct quarter-end practice runs, validating order volumes, system behavior, and data integrity.
Support the first and subsequent open/close cycles by monitoring performance, addressing issues, and ensuring accurate order processing until the quarter is closed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3-6+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Operations, or Supply-Chain-related functions.
Strong, hands-on experience with Cloud ERP systems (Oracle Cloud ERP preferred; SAP/IBP or other ATP tool also valuable).
Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash, Order Fulfillment, and Supply Chain operational processes.
Experience developing requirements, testing plans, process flows, and documentation.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or BI tools (Power BI, OTBI, BI Publisher).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions and support project deliverables.
·Excellent communication skills and comfort working across technical and non-technical teams.· Experience in high-tech, hardware/software, or global supply chain environments.
Experience working with Contract Manufacturers and external partners.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $150,000-$175,000. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
