The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creation of social media, video, photography, digital advertising, and copywriting, ensuring the Bank's brand and its subsidiaries are presented consistently and effectively. The right person will have professional-level competencies in design, social media, video production, and data & analytics. This is a full-time opportunity based in New Hampshire, that provides both on-site work and remote work options with a required minimum of three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:
Lead development and scheduling of all social media content for a variety of platforms (including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube).
Administer and manage the bank's social media monitoring through Sprout Social and archiving platforms.
Bring energy and creativity to the role, contributing fresh, forward-thinking ideas to enhance our social media presence.
Create and edit video content for multi-platform use and distribution including online, social media channels, and websites.
Assist with the conceptualization, design, and workflow of marketing collateral (print and digital) to support business lines, bank initiatives and campaigns.
Consistently evaluate market changes, trends, and developments and update the team to help improve the bank's marketing strategies across digital and social platforms.
Manage and develop tracking and reporting metrics and trends with strategic analysis and recommendations, specifically, reporting social goals supporting company KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Operational/Compliance Leadership:
Assists in ensuring that the Bank complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
Participate in initiatives to improve bank and department processes and procedures.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, plus strong experience in marketing and graphic design.
Excellent design, written, and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience in video creation and editing.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Animate.
Proficient in Canva.
Proficient in developing and managing engaging content for various social media platforms for business.
Creative and self-motivated with a keen understanding and passion for the current social media market and trends.
Analytical and results-driven mindset.
Strong project management skills; ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team while also working independently in a self-directed environment.
Demonstrate excellent customer experience abilities.
Flexibility to handle multiple priorities and self-drive with strong organizational skills.
Ability to function efficiently and effectively under deadlines.
Physical Demands/Conditions/Requirements:
General office environment.
Moderate lifting (to 35 lbs.) required. Moderate reaching, walking, sitting and standing required.
Valid driver's license and availability to independently travel to various locations within the Bank's footprint required.
