As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol in Grove City, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support operations by checking gates and access points, reporting concerns clearly, and delivering helpful customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or when appropriate, emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site leadership and/or public emergency responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the facility, dock areas, yard, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns.

Monitor access points for employees, drivers, and visitors by observing traffic flow, verifying authorization when required, and directing individuals to proper check-in areas per site policy.

Complete security-related reports and documentation, including incident reports, patrol activity logs, and observations, and communicate significant issues to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
