Job Summary
We are seeking a 2026 Summer Intern - Sales Operation to support our team in a fully, remote setting. Below are responsibilites related to the summer intern.
Management Reporting & Data Archiving ( 50%)
Ensure data archiving compliance by organizing historical incentive and territory files in secure repositories.
Prepare executive-level reports summarizing incentive payouts, attainment trends, and territory Consolidate data for quarterly business reviews and leadership presentations.
Sales Incentive Management ( 30%)
Prepare summaries for Finance, HR, Sales Leadership (e.g., attainment distribution, payout curves, YTD exposure).
Build QA checks and reconcile results to source systems.
Participate in plan change impact analysis (scenario modeling and sensitivity testing).
Assist with quarterly incentive calculations: data validation, outlier analysis, exception tracking, and payout files preparation.
Help maintain incentive logic documentation (crediting rules, eligibility, plan components, continuous pay curves, accelerators, caps, and clawbacks).
Territory Management ( 20%)
Help maintain master data (hierarchies, owner-of-record, effective dates) and align with CRM/account routing.
Assist in territory design and maintenance: account assignment, market coverage checks, and capacity/workload balancing.
Support territory changes through change-control: document requests, apply routing rules, and track effective dates.

CRM/RevOps: Salesforce (reports & dashboards)
Data: SQL basics (nice to have)
Job Qualifications
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Quantitative Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
Preferred in 4th year of college undergraduate program.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets, formulas, and data hygiene.
Familiarity with business metrics (quota, attainment, bookings, pipeline, ACV/TCV, churn/retention).
Excellent attention to detail; able to follow controls and governance processes.
Clear communication skills; able to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce reports/dashboards or a BI tool (Power BI/Tableau).
Exposure to incentive compensation concepts (crediting, pay curves, accelerators, clawbacks).
Interest in RevOps, GTM strategy, or territory design methodologies.

The pay range for this position is $20.00-22.00per hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
