Your role as a Vice President of Marketing

As the Vice President of Marketing at Zeal Credit Union, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals and mission. Your focus will be on enhancing brand awareness, member engagement, and driving growth through diverse marketing channels. You will develop enterprise brand equity, membership expansion, and innovative product growth strategies while ensuring they are in sync with our strategic objectives.

Regular analysis of marketing campaign performance using key performance indicators like ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics will be essential. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, coupled with at least 10 years of experience, is essential. Hands-on expertise in branding, project management, product development, and both digital and traditional marketing is crucial. You should be an effective division leader with experience in personnel management, budget development, and bottom-line performance. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

10+ years of experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

Experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans with strong evidence of growth over average.

Hands-on experience with branding, project management, product development, digital and traditional marketing, printing and production.

Experience as a division leade
