The Market People Partner leads the execution of workforce management and talent acquisition strategies to enhance operational performance and associate experience across assigned stores. The Market People Partner team collaborates closely with store and market leaders to drive key talent initiatives, including hiring, onboarding, training, and leadership coaching. Through structured store visits and consistent follow-up, they ensure actionable improvements. Additionally, the team leads projects that promote operational consistency and scalability, managing timelines effectively while sharing best practices across the market. What you'll do...
Lead execution of Workforce Management programs by identifying operational needs and developing business plans to enhance performance.
Drive scheduling and staffing strategies to improve associate experiences and optimize store operations.
Manage talent acquisition by developing recruiting strategies, coordinating candidate screening, and facilitating hiring processes.
Oversee talent pipelines and succession planning to support workforce development and retention.
Evaluate effectiveness of workforce and talent programs, consulting with stakeholders to improve efficiency and cost control.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build high-performing teams aligned with company values.

Proven experience in workforce and talent management, including coaching, performance management, and talent planning.
Strong project management and plan execution skills to drive business priorities and operational improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, and 2 years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist or
Specialist supporting a multi-unit/multi-business environment OR 3 years' Walmart management experience with 2 years' experience supervising
other salaried managers.
Associate will be required to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments.
Valid state-issued driver's license.
