Hybrid Sales Representative

Location: Midvale, UT (Must live within 60 miles)

Compensation: $22/hour + Uncapped Commission

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM MST

Work Model: Hybrid - 3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote

Training: 6-8 Weeks Paid, Onsite in Midvale

Licensing: Company-Paid Property & Casualty Licensing

Calls: Inbound Only - No Cold Calling

We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Hybrid Sales Representatives . In this role, you'll assist customers with their auto, renters, and homeowners insurance needs through inbound calls only . No cold calling required.

This position begins with comprehensive paid training conducted 100% onsite in Midvale. Once training is completed, you'll transition to a hybrid schedule with three in-office days and two remote workdays each week. The company also provides full support and covers the cost of obtaining your Property & Casualty insurance license .

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from prospective customers

Recommend appropriate coverage options and explain policy features

Achieve individual sales goals in a performance-driven environment

Accurately document customer interactions using CRM systems

Complete required licensing and compliance training

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year in sales, customer service, or a call center environment

Strong communication and active listening skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable

Must be able to attend 6-8 weeks of full-time onsite training in Midvale, UT

Must live within 60 miles of Midvale and work in-office 3 days per week post-training

Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (company-paid)

CRM experience is a plus
