Job Description

Our client is a local construction company is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support new construction buildouts. This

individual will be responsible for overseeing all electrical work performed by subcontractors and ensuring projects are completed safely, correctly, and on

schedule. The Electrical Supervisor will act as the on-site authority for electrical scope, coordinating with project managers and subcontracted electrical teams to ensure quality, compliance, and timeline adherence.

Responsibilities

Oversee electrical work on new construction projects

Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors on job sites

Ensure all electrical installations meet local and national electrical codes

Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones and deadlines are met

Inspect electrical work for quality, safety, and compliance

Oversee conduit installation, electrical rough-ins, and final installations

Identify and resolve electrical issues, delays, or deficiencies

Communicate progress, issues, and updates to internal project stakeholders

Maintain a safe and organized job site

Previous experience supervising or overseeing electrical work in construction environments

Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation practices

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints

Work Environment

On-site at active construction job sites

Combination of field supervision and coordination with project teams

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
