Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting the company's growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: South Windham, Connecticut

Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000

What's the Job?

Develop and implement optimal CNC programs and tooling methods to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Design and refine manufacturing processes and controls to ensure quality and productivity.

Collaborate with Estimating and Production departments to identify opportunities for cost reduction and lead time improvement.

Participate in strategic planning initiatives to support company capability and capacity expansion.

Train personnel in CNC programming and manufacturing best practices to foster a knowledgeable team.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering.

10+ years of experience with CAD/CAM software and machine tools.

Extensive experience with fixture design and working with various alloys.

Lean Manufacturing certification and practical experience.

Knowledge of ISO9001 and other Quality Management Systems, along with ERP systems and process generation.
