JOB SUMMARY
The Organizational Effectiveness Lead is responsible for managing employee listening strategies, learning platforms, and talent enablement initiatives within the Talent & Culture team. This role ensures systems and programs are aligned with business priorities, easy to use, and deliver meaningful impact on employee engagement and leadership capability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Listening & Insights
Own the employee listening strategy, including survey planning, cadence, execution, and evolution.
Serve as the primary administrator and internal expert for the Glint platform.
Translate employee feedback into actionable insights that improve engagement, performance, and retention.
Partner with HR and business leaders to support thoughtful follow-up and accountability.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and a respectful employee experience.
Learning Platform Management
Manage day-to-day operations of the learning experience/learning management platform.
Oversee processes including user access, content organization, reporting, and optimization.
Ensure systems are simple, intuitive, and operationally effective for an enterprise-wide workforce.
Continuously evaluate and improve platform usage to meet evolving business needs.
Talent Enablement & Program Support
Support the design, facilitation, and delivery of talent and leadership development experiences.
Facilitate select sessions with credibility and practicality, particularly for people leaders.
Manage program timelines, logistics, materials, and communication for programs and initiatives.
Gather feedback and adjust programs to ensure relevance and impact.
Partnership & Execution
Collaborate with HR partners, internal communications, and business leaders.
Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Demonstrate strong time management, adaptability, and resilience.
Take a solutions-oriented approach focused on progress, clarity, and follow-through.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
5-7 years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness, employee experience, people operations, or talent enablement.
Hands-on experience managing people systems (employee listening platforms, LMS/LXP, or similar tools).
Exposure to facilitation and talent program delivery.
Experience supporting leaders in hospitality, service, or multi-location environments is a plus.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in employee listening and learning platforms.
Ability to synthesize data and feedback into practical recommendations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Certifications
Prosci Change Management, PMP, DiSC Assessment, Predictive Index, Hogan Assessment, Korn Ferry and other talent assessment certifications helpful
SALARY RANGE:
The salary range for this position is $99,919 - 117,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP).
The pay range listed is for this position and is what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
WORK LOCATION:
This position is based at Choice Hotels' Pike & Rose headquarters in North Bethesda, Maryland. The selected candidate must be able to commit to this location requirement and adhere to the company's hybrid work schedule, which consists of four days onsite and one day remote per week.
