Adecco has partnered with a well-established manufacturing organization in the life sciences space to help them hire a Manager of Marketing . This is a newly created, high impact role responsible for driving growth, expanding market share, and shaping the organizations strategy in North America + beyond! This is a hybrid position with headquarters in the Southern New Hampshire area.

Summary

The Marketing Manager plans and runs marketing programs that support business growth, brand awareness, and lead generation. This role oversees digital marketing, campaigns, brand consistency, and marketing systems, and provides leadership for day-to-day marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

Create and execute marketing plans that support company growth goals

Manage marketing budget and spending for best return

Lead marketing efforts for new and existing products/services

Run campaigns across digital, print, events, and direct channels

Strengthen brand presence in target markets

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Improve search visibility and inbound leads through SEO

Perform keyword and competitor research

Optimize website content and structure

Build and improve landing pages and conversion paths

Track and improve campaign performance metrics

Website & Conversion Optimization

Improve user experience and conversion flow on the website

Run A/B tests to increase conversion rates

Ensure mobile performance and accurate analytics tracking

Email & Marketing Automation

Develop email campaigns and automated nurture programs

Segment audiences and support lead scoring

Measure and improve email performance

Brand & Content

Maintain consistent brand messaging and visuals

Manage content planning and publishing

Support events, webinars, and industry programs

Ensure consistency across all marketing materials

Analytics & Operations

Track KPIs such as leads and conversion rates

Report results and insights to leadership

Manage marketing tools such as CRM, automation, and analytics platforms

Identify scalable growth opportunities

Leadership & Collaboration

Work closely with Sales and other teams

Improve marketing processes and workflows

Manage vendors and project timelines

Supervise and develop marketing staff

Ensure policy and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)

4-6 years of marketing experience, including digital and lead generation

Experience with SEO, website optimization, automation, and analytics tools

Strong data analysis and decision-making skills

Team leadership experience

Strong communication and organization skills

Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative and results-driven approach

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
