Adecco has partnered with a well-established manufacturing organization in the life sciences space to help them hire a Manager of Sales . This is a newly created, high impact role responsible for driving growth, expanding market share, and shaping the organizations strategy in North America + beyond! This is a hybrid position with headquarters in the Southern New Hampshire area.

Summary

The Manager of Sales leads and manages sales efforts to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. This role oversees sales strategy, customer relationships, and sales team performance, while working with internal teams to support customer success and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Growth

Develop and carry out sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets

Grow existing customer accounts and pursue new business opportunities

Set sales goals, forecasts, and performance metrics

Monitor results and adjust strategies as needed

Customer & Market Development

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product discussions

Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines

Track market trends and competitor activity and share insights

Attend industry events and follow up on opportunities

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead, coach, and develop sales team members

Support individual and team performance goals

Work with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to align efforts

Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction

Reporting & Operations

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports

Keep CRM and sales data up to date

Complete additional duties as needed to support business needs

Travel frequently to customer and industry locations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of sales experience, preferably in technical or product-based industries

Ability to travel within New England - up to 75%

Experience managing and developing a sales team

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Willing and able to travel frequently

Professional, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $155,000.00 per year

Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the @type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
