Inventory Control Specialist (Cycle Counter) - Indianapolis

What You'll Do:

You'll play a vital role in keeping our facility clean, safe, and running smoothly. From warehouse floors to common areas and dock doors, you'll help maintain the high standards that keep operations moving - and inspections passing. In This Role You'll:

Audit customer orders for selection accuracy. (60%)

Perform physical cycle counts. (15%)

Investigate inventory variances and recommend corrective action. (10%)

Input cycle count information. (5%)

Request of perform inventory request. (5%)

Monitor and notify management of discrepancies. (5%)

Slotting and slot audits Phase in/phase out of items

Purchase order verification Processing of damaged product

What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related role

Solid math and data entry skills, along with strong organization and problem-solving

Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership

Confidence using Excel or other inventory tracking tools

Comfort lifting up to 75 pounds and working in chilled, dry, or frozen zones

The Schedule & Setting:

Must be available fornights, weekends, and holidays

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30AM -7PM & Wednesday-Saturday 8:30AM-7PM

Temperature-controlled warehouse setting

Pay & Benefits:

$22.00/hour

Weekly pay (every Friday)
