Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations. Get involved in a variety of tasks - accounting, payroll, admin, client interaction - keeping your day engaging and balanced.

Job Duties

Process invoices, payments, receipts, and maintain well-organized financial records.

Handle weekly payroll and ensure accuracy in all employee payment processing.

Reconcile accounts by ensuring records match bank statements and correcting discrepancies.

Document daily financial transactions and update the general ledger.

Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Enter financial data promptly and accurately.

Greet guests and clients when they arrive onsite - supporting a professional and welcoming office environment.

Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Bookkeeper or in A/P, A/R, General Ledger, Reconciliation, and Tax functions.

Experience using QuickBooks.

Experience processing invoices and Purchase Orders.

Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Comfort working in an on-site office environment Monday-Friday

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mooresville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
