The Dual Credit Program Coordinator II, under the direction of the Tarleton Today Director, works collaboratively with leadership to plan, develop, and implement Tarleton Today programs. The Dual Credit Program Coordinator has responsibility for the internal processes to implement and manage dual credit programs at Tarleton. This includes oversight of new course planning, maintaining all internal records related to Tarleton Today dual credit and collaborating with multiple units across the university to ensure program success.
This is a full-time position with the potential for flexible work arrangements to meet program demands. Occasional travel may be required. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, or as needed based on work requirements. Serves as a Campus Security Authority (CSA).
Responsibilities:
Manage course offerings including course selection, content alignment, and material development. Work closely with each academic department offering the courses.
Manage student records, student payment, and requirements for on-campus attendance and distance education courses.
Manage onboarding of course faculty and credentialing processes.
Collaborate with academic advising for Tarleton Today students requiring degree plans.
Ensure all technology needs are met for student and teacher accounts, as well as course technology needs.
Collaborate with departments to ensure quality and alignment of college courses, as well as consistency across school district partners.
Coordinate content for quality professional learning and development experiences for Tarleton Today dual credit instructors.
Collaborate with Innovative Technology Solutions for records processing using Salesforce, Banner, and Canvas.
Collaborate with Registrar's Office for course section builds in Banner and grade transcripting.
Serve as primary contact for dual credit partner school districts and homeschool families.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Proficiency with student information systems, CRM (Salesforce), and learning management systems
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail in managing records, timelines, and multiple partnerships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience - Four years of program administration experience or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
High school teaching experience
Knowledge of Dual Credit/Early College academic programs
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Salary Range: The target base annual salary range is $65,370 up to $92,831 and may be negotiable based on funding availability and candidate experience/skillset in relation to the minimum requirements of this position.
