Job Title: Recruiter 2

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role involves high-volume hiring, specifically focusing on production positions. You will play a critical part in hiring approximately 20 to 30 individuals every two weeks, maintaining a steady pace of conducting 5-10 interviews daily.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews for the Talent Acquisition team using MS Bookings.

Review voicemails, emails, and other correspondence to ensure timely follow-ups.

Gather and review overnight drug screen and physical results.

Engage with applicants through phone calls and use MS Bookings for effective interview scheduling with both the Talent Acquisition and Operations teams.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Bookings, and Workday.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

High School Graduate or GED equivalent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a staffing agency or roles such as secretary or administrative positions is considered beneficial.

Internship experiences are recognized as valuable job experience.

Work Environment

The work environment is highly collaborative, with team members working side by side in a pod of four desks, including the Work Director. The role involves both office and manufacturing floor settings, fostering a diverse and engaging workplace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Decatur, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
