The Vice President of Advisor & Client Analytics is a strategic, future focused leader responsible for transforming data into enterprise level growth. This role requires not only deep analytical expertise but also the agility to turn insights, solutions, and strategic pivots around quickly to meet evolving business needs. The VP proactively surfaces new ideas, opportunities, and innovative applications of data and analytics to drive client acquisition, deepen advisor effectiveness, optimize marketing performance, and shape firmwide decision making. This leader operates with strong business intuition, a bias for action, and the ability to inspire teams and senior stakeholders while accelerating growth through intelligent, data driven strategy. Key Responsibilities Engage collaboratively with senior business leaders and analysts across client, marketing, and advisor domains to provide enterpriselevel analytical thought leadership. Identify and interpret business needs, define highlevel requirements, strategy, scope, and technical risks, and align analytics and AI capabilities to top business priorities. Set and lead the enterprise analytics and insights strategy, ensuring alignment to growth, engagement, and productivity objectives. Partner with business leaders to embed insights, advanced analytics, and AIenabled decisioning into workflows, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business impact. Develop, document, and communicate businessdriven analytic solutions, translating advanced modeling, segmentation, predictive analytics, and advisor and client intelligence into clear, actionable insights that influence decisionmaking and execution. Identify, develop, and implement complex analytical solutions leveraging predictive modeling, advanced machine learning techniques, optimization, simulation, experimentation, and personalization. Oversee marketing measurement and optimization, including attribution, targeting, omnichannel performance analytics, and continuous testing to improve outcomes. Build, lead, and scale a highperforming analytics organization. Strengthening leadership depth, establish effective operating rhythms, and foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. Provide coaching, performance management, hiring, development, and goal setting to align team execution with enterprise strategy. Champion the advancement of enterprise AI and data science capabilities by promoting responsible AI/ML use, staying current with industry best practices, and enabling knowledge sharing. Partner with data and technology teams on data readiness, governance, and scalable automation to support modern decisioning and analytics at scale. Oversee and manage data and dataset creation, including data extraction, feature engineering, data quality controls, and validation processes. Monitor the execution and performance of analytical solutions from criteria definition through delivery and results capture. Embed and sustain analytic programs and tools, ensuring continued accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness. Track process improvements, business outcomes, and value realization once solutions are deployed. Ensure adherence to enterprise and industry data, model, and AI governance standards. Partner with governance leaders to manage risk, compliance, and ethical use of analytics and AI capabilities across the organization. Required Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent 10+ years of experience Previous people leadership experience. Proven ability to present/communicate complex, technical materials in a way that facilitates decision making and drives outcomes; ability to communicate to less technical partners. Knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and techniques, e.g. skilled in linear algebra. Experience conducting hands-on analytics projects using advanced statistical methods such as generalized regression models, Bayesian methods, random forest, gradient boosting, neural networks, machine learning, clustering, or similar methodologies. Experience with statistical programming (Python, SQL etc.) & data visualization software in a data-rich environment. Demonstrated experience in driving business partnerships in a complex, matrixed organization. Proven ability to apply both strategic and analytic techniques to provide business solutions and recommendations. Demonstrated ability to work and influence effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications PhD in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, or similar Experience with Cloud Computing Environments (including container creation, management & deployment) 5+ years in people leadership role. Base Pay Salary The estimated base salary for this role is $196,700 - $270,400 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
