As a Security Guard - Unarmed Roving Patrol in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will greet guests and staff with a service-first mindset, communicate clearly, and report concerns promptly. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, staff, and/or vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel or resort location.

Respond to alarms, guest concerns, disturbances, and/or medical-related calls in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site management and/or public emergency services as needed.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or operational issues.

Monitor access points and visitor flow, verify credentials when required, and assist with directing guests and deliveries according to site procedures.

Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate key information during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
