Volt is hiring a Customer Account Specialist for a leading Manufacturing company in Littleton, CO.

Fully Onsite Position

As a Customer Account Specialist, you will manage customer orders from inquiry to paid invoice, resolve errors in shipping and pricing as well as researching and resolving customer complaints and order issues.

Work with sales as needed to assist in administration of marketing and sales programs.

Project schedules, deliveries, and work with the transportation team.

Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce software systems is helpful

Will be point of contact for clients regarding their order. From P.O. received to invoice, credits and payments.

Balance multiple tasks in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Full-Time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

Monday- Friday, 8am - 5pm Must have the ability to work an earlier start time for East Coast clients

Required Qualifications:

5 years of experience in a customer-centric position

Must have a 4-year college degree

Have project management experience within the construction industry

Intermediate level of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

Project management experience within the construction industry

Pay: $27-$30/hr. DOE
