Accounting/Finance Type Regular Full-Time Overview TiC Solutions is
seeking a Regional Controller for the Geospatial Segemnt of NV5. The
Regional Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial and
accounting activities for the Geospatial Segment. This role ensures the
integrity of financial statements, compliance with company policies, and
adherence to relevant accounting standards. Additionally, the Regional
Controller provides strategic financial leadership and supports
operational decision-making to drive business growth and efficiency.
Location & Travel: NV5/TiC Regional Offices in Sun Prairie, WI Limited
travel (10-15%) to regional offices as needed TIC Solutions serves
diversified end markets that are essential to the broader economy,
including industrials, energy processing, utilities, and both public and
commercial infrastructure, with exposure to data centers and other
high-growth adjacencies. As the parent company of Acuren and NV5, we

solve our clients\' most complex challenges. Responsibilities Strategic
Finance & Business Partnering Serve as the Financial Business Partner to
the GM and the Division Managers, providing financial guidance and
support of business objectives. Communicate profitability of initiatives
to key management. Provide challenging positions to regional and local
management for improvement ideas. Assist in determining plans for
Capital Resource needs. Ensure adequate human resource plans are
developed to meet the needs of the business in both direct and indirect
areas. Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting (FP&A) Analyze financial
performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior
management. Develop alternative P&L statements for key customers and
business initiatives (i.e. Advanced services) Manage and coordinate the
budgeting and forecasting for the region. Maintain and communicate
monthly metrics to key regional personnel. Including but not limited to
