Job Summary :

Micron Technology is seeking highly motivated Reticle Manufacturing Technicians to support efficient production operations and reduce cycle time in the manufacturing environment. Technicians play a critical role in facilitating product movement, prioritizing plate runs to meet shipping deadlines, and responding to area inefficiencies such as tool errors, data issues, and lot tracking problems. Responsibilities :

Manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) using department-specific reports and software tools to ensure efficient workflow.

Perform machine andbuddychecks, product inspections, andmaintaincleanliness standards through regular shift wipe downs.

Monitor and resolve lot-related issues, including SWRs, recipe/tool discrepancies, high mean time at step, and hold lots.

Track bottlenecks and prioritize key workstations to meet production and ship gap targets.

Maintainaccuratemachine logsand lottracking data; ensure proper documentation and system updates.

Conduct SPC checks,monitorpost-inspection results, and enter detailed comments when limits are exceeded.

Support procedural updates, training initiatives, and continuous improvement activities in collaboration with engineering.

Communicate effectively duringpassdowns,maintainsafety compliance, and manage time to meet operational goals.

Minimum Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and procedures.

Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) and be willing to move to different shifts and work overtime to support business operations.

Stand forlong periods, lift 25-40lbsoccasionally, and perform tasks requiring bending, crouching, or kneeling while navigating safely over uneven terrain or within confined spaces to perform job duties effectively.

Preferred Requirements:

AAS or AS Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent trade school/military experience).

2 years of experiencemaintainingmanufacturing equipment, automation systems, or technical military experience.

2+ year experienceidentifyingperformance gaps and implementing strategic improvements.
