Job Summary and Qualifications
As the Market Ethics & Compliance Liaison (ECO), you will provide market-level ethics and compliance leadership and coordination across assigned facilities
Working under the direction of the Division Ethics & Compliance Officer (DECO), you will partner with dual-role ECOs and market leadership to ensure consistent execution of the HCA Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Program: training and awareness, investigations, auditing and monitoring, reporting and response, and program improvement
You will conduct targeted reviews and mock audits, support Facility Ethics & Compliance Committee (FECC) operations, coordinate market-wide risk mitigation, and serve as a resource to facility leadership-promoting a culture that encourages reporting without fear of retaliation
What qualifications you will need:Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferredBachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance) preferred; if not held, obtain within 24 months of employment
7 years' work experience required
3-5 years' experience with corporate compliance programs and healthcare laws/ regulations
Director-level leadership experience preferred
Prior facility/ division E & C experience (investigations, training, audits, reportable issues) strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of HCA E&C Program, Code of Conduct, and relevant policies; ability to interpret and operationalize requirements
Conflict management, facilitation, and change leadership capability; high integrity and professionalism required
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfort adopting dashboards and automation tools
