Design complex tables, schemas, data marts, or related data designs that provide for effective and efficient access for data found among disparate, geographically dispersed systems such that entry, retrieval and manipulation of data may be accomplished simply from a single location while preserving data security.Create, maintain, and manage data asset catalogs and complete inventory of organizational data.Provide colleagues the opportunity to examine, analyze and contribute to the refining of the designed input and output of refined data.
Present training sessions for colleagues as appropriate to accomplish scheduled development, testing, implementation, and utilization of the developed system(s).
Develop appropriate documentation and ensure established standards and best practices are applied at all stages of the development process.
Attend work regularly and observe approved work hours in accordance with agency leave and attendance policies.

Qualifications: GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:Education and#8211; High School Diploma/equivalent is required. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in Computer Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Sciences Technology (IST), Information Technology, or a related field is preferredExperience and#8211;and#8226;Minimum of four (4) yearsand#8217; experience writing SQL and accessing data stored in databases such as SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle databases is required.and#8226;Familiarity withdatabase fundamentals such as snowflake schema, normalized/denormalized data is required.
