What You'll Be Doing as a Electrical Assembler:

Assemble and install electronic motherboards and build wire harnesses per schematics

Safely use hand and power tools for precise and efficient work

Label, organize, and inspect components, assemblies, and subassemblies for quality

Lift and move materials (35-50 lbs.) regularly to keep the production floor humming

Read wiring diagrams and work instructions to complete tasks accurately

What You'll Bring as a Electrical Assembler:

Previous experience with electrical assembly, wire harnessing, and hand tools

Prior background in manufacturing or similar hands-on settings

Competence in reading schematics and following written instructions

Solid computer and math skills

Safety awareness and a collaborative spirit

High school diploma or GED and ability to obtain metal-free composite shoes by Day 1
