Job Description

The Project Architect will be responsible for a full range of project involvement, starting with initial client contact and preparation of documents and continuing through contract administration.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage multiple projects concurrently across various locations.

Support projects of varying size and complexity.

Participate in all phases of project delivery, including initial client contact, preparation of project documentation, and contract administration.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 7 years of commercial architectural experience.

Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree.

Architectural registration preferred.

High level of proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.

Solid knowledge of construction means, materials, and methods.

High level of proficiency with building codes.

Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving and mentorship skills.

Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to step into a leadership position with ownership of multiple projects across a diverse portfolio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
