Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join their team as a 2nd Shift Machine Operator. Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator

Location: Crothersville, IN

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 5pm - 1:30am

Overtime will be required with this role up to 12 hours & Saturdays as needed

What's the Job?

Operate mixing equipment in a non-air-conditioned plant environment, ensuring proper handling of powder materials

Add ingredients and follow detailed ingredient lists accurately

Lift and handle large bags of powder weighing up to 50 pounds

Climb ladders to access different levels of the equipment as needed

Maintain safety standards by wearing steel toe shoes and safety glasses at all times

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or related environment

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials

Willingness to work in a dirty, challenging environment with physical activity

Ability to pass drug screening and background checks as required
