About the role: Boston Scientific is seeking a highly-motivated Process Engineer II - Electrical Test to join our fast-growing team in Electrical Process Development. In this role, you'll use your technical skills and passion for innovation to drive the commercialization of new products and improvements. You'll work hands-on to solve complex problems in a fast-paced, global environment, focusing on developing processes from concept to production. This position involves cross-functional collaboration to design and commercialize advanced technology, supporting process development across Boston Scientific's global plant network. This position is in a growing segment of our business that is responsible for delivering best-in-class technologies and processes to support both internal and external divisions with products ranging from pulse generators, ablation and diagnostic catheters, and mapping and navigation systems to diagnostic devices and equipment. This position will be responsible for providing electrical and electronic engineering support and expertise in the definition, design, development, integration, and test of products. In addition, these positions will be responsible for developing capable technologies and processes to ensure efficient and effective transfer of product into production.
