Job Description

Responsibilities
Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs.
Source qualified professionals using various recruiting tools.
Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, ensuring alignment with their goals, skills, and interests.
Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for their new roles.
Perform relationship-building activities, including coaching consultants for interviews and checking in throughout their employment.
Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets.
Build trusted relationships with professionals to be seen as a partner in their career advancement.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
Collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Desire to work in a performance-based environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
6 months sales experience (preferred).
Recruiting experience (preferred but not required).
