Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Chilton, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, and a background in customer service or administrative support. Working in the non-profit sector, this position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

Process applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring all required information is complete.

Provide exceptional service by responding to inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Handle outbound calls to follow up on application statuses or gather additional information when necessary.

Manage order entry tasks, updating records and maintaining data integrity.

Utilize computer systems to track, update, and process customer information.

Support administrative tasks related to application processing and customer communication.

Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Maintain a detail-oriented approach and uphold the organization's values during all client interactions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute suggestions to enhance workflow.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and navigating software systems.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in application processing.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in the non-profit sector is a plus.

High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling personal or sensitive information.
