Compensation:$68,000 - $85,000 per year + incentive eligible + business mileage reimbursement

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (schedule may vary depending on business needs)

Basic Requirements: Valid driver's license, access to reliable vehicle, and acceptable driving record within company policy guidelines. Willing to cover territory which includes Falmouth, Mashpee, Bourne, Sandwich, Pocasset.

1+ years of relevant sales experience preferred

Job Description

The Account Manager (Union) serves as the primary contact between Coke Northeast management and store owners within an assigned territory. In this role, the Account Manager will thrive in a dynamic work environment where collaboration with distributors, retailers, and internal teams is essential for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, fostering strong relationships, and driving growth in a competitive market.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Educate and excite customers about our leading portfolio of beverages

Analyze customer needs and business trends to help grow both their profitability and our own business

Ensure brands and packages sold align with an account's consumer demographics

Sell incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs

Maintain appropriate inventory levels, company assets, promotional ad signage (point of sale) and displays

Ensure each account meets defined merchandising standards, determine stores' product needs and transmit appropriate replenishment orders

Communicate and collaborate account activities to appropriate business partners

Utilize sales force automation tools

Work with customers to promptly address and resolve any concerns or discrepancies pertaining to their orders

Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent required

Bachelor's degree preferred

1+ years of relevant sales experience preferred

Must have the ability to regularly lift, push and pull up to 55 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams

Valid driver's license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements
