Key job responsibilities

Lead the month-end financial close process with precision and strategic insight

Conduct comprehensive reviews of financial metrics, identifying and investigating significant variations

Collaborate cross-functionally with tax, inventory, legal, and compliance teams to ensure comprehensive financial oversight

Develop and implement process improvements that enhance organizational efficiency and financial reporting

Analyze new business offerings and contracts to ensure robust revenue recognition and compliance

You'll collaborate across multiple teams, diving deep into financial reporting, analyzing complex business activities, and developing solutions that drive our devices and services forward. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

Knowledge of GAAP research tools and the FASB codification

5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience

6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience

6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments

Experience working cross functionally across several teams

Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Experience in oral and written communication

Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities

CPA and/or Big 4 firm experience

Mastery of accounting operations and best practices

Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations

Aptitude for information technology

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
