You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and it's your responsibility to create a positive and welcoming environment. Engage with customers, listen attentively to their needs, and provide personalized guidance to help them find the right products and services.- Store Expert:As a product expert, you will have a deep understanding of our products and services. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the telecommunications/mobile industry. This knowledge will enable you to educate customers about different options available and recommend the best solutions to meet their specific needs.- Problem Solver:Assist customers with billing and service-related questions, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their accounts. Process payments, exchanges, and equipment issues efficiently and accurately. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Brand Ambassador:As the local face of our Company, you will embody the Optimum brand.
