Primary Function The incumbent will have an opportunity to work within a relevant field related to their major in order to gain work experience. Usually the candidate for this role will be a college student who is interested in learning about our business and expanding their knowledge in work processes, analysis and support functions. Responsibilities Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments. Develop business and analytical skills needed for career of his or her choice. Works independently and within a team environment. Is responsible for meeting deadlines and setting priorities. Updates manager regarding project status on a regular basis. Demonstrates ability to respond quickly and appropriately to the needs as identified. Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. Qualifications Currently enrolled in anaccredited college or university working towards a degree (Associates, Bachelors, Masters, Graduate) Excellent organization and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills Ability to work independently within minimal supervision Proficient with Microsoft Office applications-MS Outlook, Word and Excel Comfortable working with confidential information Education High School Diploma or GED in Related Field Currently Enrolled We Offer Competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits plans which include medical and dental insurance, company-sponsored life insurance, retirement security savings plan, short- and long-term disability programs and tuition assistance.
