Job Title: Warehouse Associates ($16-17/hr.)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer or Saw Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading aluminum extrusions onto conveyors for processing, gathering materials for framing bundles, performing visual inspections for defects, assembling bundles, labeling packages for shipment, and maintaining a clean work area. All tasks must be completed in a safe and efficient manner. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half.

Packer shifts (2 openings each as of now)

M-Th, 6am-4pm

M-Th, 8pm-6am

3 on 3 off etc., 6am-6pm

Saw Operator (3 openings each)

2pm-10pm

10pm-6am

Responsibilities (Packer)

Load aluminum extrusions onto conveyor for processing.

Gather materials such as tape, paper, and banding to frame bundles.

Perform visual inspections for burrs, scratches, dents, and other defects.

Assemble bundles based on customer specifications and packing sheets.

Label packages and prepare them for shipment.

Maintain a clean work area and perform housekeeping tasks.

Complete all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities (Saw Operator)

Place aluminum extrusions on the table for cutting.

Establish cut saw lengths accurately.

Perform visual inspections to ensure quality.

Assist in the packaging department as required.

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Essential Skills

Ability to read a tape measure.

Must be able to work on feet for the duration of the shift.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Attention to detail.

High School diploma or GED required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.

Experience with packing, forklift operation, production, and general labor.

Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbiana, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
