New employees will make a minimum of $16.00/hour but many of our new team members earn considerably more in mere weeks! Employees will have ample opportunities to work overtime and greatly increase their weekly pay!

Requirements:

We are only seeking dedicated, hardworking employees, who understand that the business is relying on them to be dependable (not call-off work) and are able to learn our jobs quickly. It is required that you are able to periodically work extended hours and weekends / holidays.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must be able to perform basic math and computer skills.

Must maintain and follow all sanitation guidelines and practices.

Must abide by The Schwebel Baking Company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).

Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Must be able to frequently bend, stand for long periods of time, kneel, stoop, twist, and climb.

Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Must be able to pass a basic functional competency test.

Must be able to pass a routine drug test (this includes THC) and background test.
