Job Description Summary
As a key creative and strategic advisor for the Property Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) in the Americas, the Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for providing advisory and strategic partnership to our clients, exceptional project management and oversight, creative ideation, proactive marketing outreach, and responsive communication and coordination for significant property marketing projects. The Senior Marketing Specialist is expected to function as a trusted property marketing advisor for our Brokerage Teams and Clients in multiple markets throughout the East Region - delivering best-in-class concepts and advanced go-to-market strategy.
The Senior Marketing Specialist works within a fast-paced environment with Cushman & Wakefield real estate professionals, the properties and owners they represent, and the Property Marketing COE Team to develop and deliver industry-best property marketing strategies, plans, deliverables and outcomes. In partnership with the Property Marketing COE Team Lead, the Senior Marketing Specialist is the point person for our most significant property marketing assignments throughout the East Region, serving as the Project Lead, providing marketing expertise and recommendations, working collaboratively with our fee earners and a property marketing team of copy writers / strategists and graphic designers-both in house and third party-to bring campaigns to life.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Brokerage Teams on our most significant property marketing projects in multiple markets throughout the East Region
Lead calls and meetings with Brokerage Teams as required by the scope of the project to collect critical details to craft comprehensive marketing plans and deliver on industry-best creative property marketing campaigns; assemble all required assets and ensure Brokerage Team is equipped to launch property to market and execute agreed upon tactics
Collaborate with Copy Writers, Marketing Specialists, Marketing Coordinators, Design Managers, and Graphic Designers internally and ensure the right team is in place to support the scope of each project, recommending 3rd-party integration when appropriate
Partner with Brokerage Teams and COE Property Marketing Team to develop comprehensive project and brand strategy that incorporates new, creative ideas to market our listings; engage Copy Writers / Strategic Marketers and Graphic Designers to execute approved design and messaging direction
Establish and communicate project schedule to all project participants, assign tasks to Marketing Specialists and Coordinators as needed
Manage the project workflow day-to-day to ensure an efficient and effective production schedule, adhering to standard processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
Communicate with Brokerage Team on project updates, either through status calls or other channels
As needed, interface with external clients for planning, marketing, or project status meetings
Work in partnership with the COE Team Lead and escalate challenges, as necessary
Ensure feedback and edits are incorporated into drafts, making ad hoc revisions to marketing collateral as necessary
Ensure final on-time delivery of all project assets and deliverables
Maintain project databases, tracking tools, and project delivery and management tools
Provide campaign reporting metrics to the Brokerage Team and Client; recommend strategic improvements or alternative channels/tactics to enhance performance
Become effective and fluent in Cushman & Wakefield's CRM, helping to connect data to improve marketing efforts and generate more leads and revenue
Become fluent in Cushman & Wakefield's platform, advising Brokerage Teams on their available resources and making recommendations on which tools to engage
Develop strong ties to colleagues in similar roles for effective sharing; develop best practices or tools that can benefit other team members
Develop critical understanding of the real estate market, tenant target groups and personas, ever-changing real estate space usage and needs, and Cushman & Wakefield's Investor Client community
Gain a keen understanding of how target audiences for properties for lease or sale consume marketing and present ideas to enhance engagement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5-7+ years of marketing experience-real estate, architecture or commercial construction experience preferred
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is preferred, and/or the ability to learn the basics
Familiarity with a project management tool is preferred
Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all activities with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, oral communication skills and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levels
Strong relationship management skills and ability to successfully partner with both internal and external stakeholders and project participants
Self-motivated but works well in group environment

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 78,200.00 - $92,000.00
