IMMEDIATE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED - HYBRID SCHEDULE OFFERED

FULL TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT

WHITE PLAINS, NY

HYBRID 3 DAYS IN OFFICE 2 DAYS REMOTE

$60,000-$65000/YEAR

Qualifications:

3 years of executive assistant experience

Csuite level experience

Experience in calendar management, travel arrangements, and expenses

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Excellent communications skills

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Provide high-level administrative support to the CIO and IT Department, including calendar management and travel arrangements

Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritizing communications and requests

Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive and board-level meetings

Operational & Project

Support

Be responsible for processing vendor invoices and interface with finance department and vendors to support this function

Assist with planning and coordination of IT initiatives, projects, and departmental activities

Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines on behalf of the CIO

Support budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor coordination as needed

Maintain organized records, documentation, and files related to IT operations

Communication &

Coordination

Act as a liaison between the CIO, IT leadership, internal departments, and external partners

Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence and internal communications

Confidentiality &

Judgment

Handle sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information with discretion

Exercise sound judgment when dealing with executive-level matters

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Plains, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr.
