General Production Associate - Entry Level

Our client, in Van Wert, Ohio is seeking a Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Production team supporting. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, self motivated and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Van Wert Ohio

Pay Range: $17

What's the Job?

An all-encompassing position operating assigned machinery and/or equipment operation and/or the physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.

Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned.

Follows all applicable safety policies and practices, including but not limited to, use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices

May load and unload raw good and/or finished products.

Visual inspection of product to ensure quality.

What's Needed?

Ability to lift 50lbs Consistently

High school Diploma or GED is preferred

Previous Manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to work and stand on concrete floors continually
