The Manufacturing Engineer II will provide technical support and lead continuous improvement initiatives for CNC machining operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, optimal machine utilization, and adherence to quality standards. The engineer will collaborate closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and support new product introductions.

Key responsibilities include recommending and documenting changes to improve quality, throughput, and safety; training operators; and communicating updates to management. The engineer will also support tracking and achieving OEE goals, drive World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program savings, and manage capital projects - either scoped by management or initiated independently.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related Technical Degree is required - -
Master's Degree: Technical Degree, or equivalent is preferred
3-5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering experience is required - -or 3+ years' experience with a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering--
Lean Manufacturing Processes; 5S, Kaizen, etc., is preferred - -
Demonstrates understanding and responds proactively with a sense of urgency to customer needs.
Solution-focused with leadership ability to drive projects to completion. -
Engages appropriate personnel to ensure effective implementation is required - -
Thorough knowledge of engineering principles, theories, and applications is required - -
Proficiency in CNC Machining -- Mill & Lathes, Tooling Design, Programming, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD is required - -
Knowledge of IATF 16949, AS 9100, and ISO 14001 standards and their practical application is preferred - -
Problem-solving, project scoping & project management skills are required

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position, which is $81,500 to $126,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is $89,600 to $139,100. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and, by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance, and are not a guarantee.
