Eggplant Automation Test Engineer

CTG is seeking to fill an Eggplant Automation Test Engineer position for our client.

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Eggplant for Healthcare applications.

Automate Epic scripts and integrate them with third-party applications, such as Cerner for labs and Sectra for imaging.

Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to understand requirements and define automation strategies.

Execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects in a timely manner.

Support enterprise-wide initiatives to improve test automation coverage and efficiency.

Participate in test planning, review, and continuous improvement of automation processes.

Skills:

Strong expertise in Eggplant scripting and automation.

Experience integrating automated tests with Epic, Cerner, or similar Healthcare applications.

Knowledge of Healthcare workflows, especially labs and imaging systems, is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience:

2+ years of hands-on experience using Eggplant for test automation.

Previous experience with Epic, Cerner, or other Healthcare applications is highly desirable.

Experience in large-scale enterprise Healthcare initiatives preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
