Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the final staging, loading, and quality verification of outgoing merchandise. This role ensures that all trucks are loaded safely and accurately according to load lists, allowing for seamless next-day deliveries.

Responsibilities

Prepare and wrap products; load trucks following specific procedures for molding, doors, and millwork.

Conduct physical walk-throughs of staged loads to verify strapping security and order accuracy.

Pull 'will-call' orders and customer pick tickets with high attention to detail and documentation.

Perform cycle counts and physical inventory; process returns from previous routes.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace according to OSHA and company safety standards.

Provide cross-functional support to the Door Shop and Casing departments as needed.

Work Environment

Work in a brand new, clean, and organized wood shop environment with working supervisors on the floor. The facility is designed to ensure safety and efficiency in all operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
