Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler where you will play a crucial role in various departments within our warehouse. Flexibility is key as you will be expected to adapt to different tasks and locations. While some roles may involve forklift operation, others might not, offering a diverse work experience.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack items off of a pick sheet.

Use an RF scanner for inventory management.

Build pallets and break down boxes efficiently.

Operate pallet jacks throughout the warehouse.

Drive reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and tuggers.

Load and unload trucks using lifts or by hand/pallet jacks.

For shipping and receiving roles, manage tasks on ERP systems (Epicor) and handle operations at dock doors.

Essential Skills

Flexibility to work in different departments daily.

Experience in a warehouse environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1+ year of forklift experience is advantageous.

Ability to cross-train with production tasks.

Proficiency in using a computer.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
