Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Forney, Texas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Process customer payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Set up and manage new customer accounts while maintaining accurate records.

Scan, organize, and save documents in the appropriate electronic systems.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist with administrative tasks such as managing email correspondence and answering inbound calls.

Support billing operations and gain proficiency in company-specific billing software.

Perform data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure seamless workflow.

Handle outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer concerns or inquiries. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles.

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

Familiarity with email correspondence and record management.

Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly.

A proactive and organized approach to multitasking.
